EcoVadis: Telenco awarded three times for its CSR performance
Each year, the Telenco Group has the CSR performance of Telenco networks and Telenco distribution assessed by EcoVadis. This year, Telenco networks maintains its Gold level certification. Telenco distribution has taken a further step forward by also achieving this same category. Rainford Solutions joins them by achieving the Bronze level in its first year of registration.
A recognised CSR approach
EcoVadis is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assessment organisation. Several topics are carefully reviewed and split into four different themes: Environment, Social and Human Rights, Ethics and Responsible Purchasing. Each company is also assessed according to its size, location and sector of activity. EcoVadis then produces scorecards, including scores between 0 and 100 and associated medal (bronze, silver, gold or platinum).
Evaluated since 2014, Telenco networks has been awarded the Gold certification again in 2022. With an overall score of 69/100, the company is in the top 5% of companies in the telecoms sector. Read more
Telenco distribution has been awarded Silver certification since 2015. This year, the company has seen the results of its continuous improvement approach in terms of CSR rewarded by obtaining the “Gold” level with a score of 70/100. In particular, Telenco distribution has made remarkable progress in reworking its responsible purchasing policy.
Rainford Solutions was awarded the Bronze Medal by EcoVadis in its first year of registration with a score of 48/100. The subsidiary is thus among the 50% most responsible companies in its sector. This award recognises the company’s existing practices and policies. Read more
