Through sponsorship, Telenco wishes to promote humanitarian and cultural initiatives meeting current social and societal issues. By investing into sporting actions notably, Telenco endorses values like solidarity, sharing and tolerance.
GETTING INVOLVED WITH ASSOCIATIONS
The FCG in my town
Telenco’s headquarters are based in the Grenoble area, a region where rugby is very well known. This sport is the vector of the values Telenco has been sharing for many years. This is why the Group has been financially supporting the FC Grenoble Rugby “FCG in my town” endowment fund since 2018, aiming to transmit the rugby values to school children in the Grenoble area. These interventions are both sporting (introduction to rugby) and societal (link between the values of sport and everyday life).
Since 2020, through this endowment fund, Telenco has been financing the arrival of an educator for the Moirans rugby club for a three-year period.
Les Enfants de l’Ovale
Since 2015, Telenco supports “Les Enfants de l’Ovale” association, founded by Philippe SELLA, former player of the France national rugby union team. With 12 centres based in France and in Africa, the association promotes rugby and its values among 1300 children. More than sports, “Les Enfants du l’Ovale” offers tutoring as well as medical and nutritional monitoring.
More than 130 sports and socio-educational educators as well as 60 volunteers are involved in 7 countries (France, Madagascar, Ivory Coast, Mali, Morocco, Niger and Senegal). To bring its support, Telenco seeks genuine involvement of its employees through sporting events (trail, marathon, …) in order to help the fundraising.
The Digital Plumbers
Telenco encourages professional insertion. For people remote from the labour market, The Digital Plumbers provides in their schools trainings for fibre optic field engineers, rack and cabling jobs in datacenters, all in a context of work-linked training. In line with the company’s values, Telenco has funded a product endowment and grants preferential rates for the purchase of equipment for the opening of schools across France. Telenco has already contributed to the equipment of 8 schools in France including to the school of Grenoble, near the Group’s headquarters. Telenco is also putting its know-how at the service of the Digital Plumbers project: during their training, trainees have access to eleven tutorial videos produced by our specialists to help them understand the technical aspects of these jobs
PROMOTE SPORTS AND CULTURAL PROJECTS
Each year, Telenco supports several local associations and highlights the region’s sporting and cultural wealth. This financial aid allocated to the structures enables them to finance material and equipment for their proper functioning, training courses in France or abroad, but also, sometimes, to cover the travel costs of the teams. Many activities have already been supported: dance, basketball, football, fly fishing, …
Telenco is also committed to help those most in need by using its reputation for the benefit of others. Together with GF38, our company had the opportunity to organise the operation “Football cleats for Senegal”. During more than a month, we have collected football cleats as well as new or used sporting equipment in order to offer it to two Senegalese football clubs: Palmarin and 3S Academy of Gandiaye.

Solidarity, sharing and equal opportunities are values defended daily by Telenco and its employees who commit themselves each year to the “Month of Commitment” operation. For one month, for every order placed on the www.telenco-store.com website, the company donates part of the profits to an association. Since its launch in 2019, several causes have been supported: l’Enfant Bleu – Enfance maltraitée, Autisme France, …
Telenco’s employees, in line with the Group’s values of sharing and solidarity, have been taking part for several years in sporting challenges to raise funds for associations. Trails, marathons, obstacle courses and many other sports put the strength of the Group at the service of people in need.
