The Group monitors its service quality (delivery times, order errors, transport damage, …) on a daily basis in order to implement genuine solutions to improve our services. This is why Telenco has created different quality processes to meet customer requirements. By offering attractive products that meet the European standard specifications, we achieve our first mission: customer satisfaction.

Each year, Telenco launches new projects to take its CSR approach even further.
