FROM IDEA TO INDUSTRIALIZATION : A METHODOLOGY EMPOWERING INNOVATION
To develop innovative products our Marketing teams are missioned to anticipate customers’ expectations and to meet the evolutions of the market. Our marketing experts work closely with the R&D office that designs, tests and validates products according to strict technical rules.
Telenco’s procurement service is responsible for the sourcing, contractualization and the implementation of long-term industrial plans with our panel of suppliers. Purchasers, as far as they are concerned, pass material purchase orders and manage available stocks. Our controllers check the quality of components before transmitting them to our production officers. They assemble and pre-terminate products in our manufacturing plants from France and Portugal. To optimize the assembling of parts while also ensuring the security of our employees, our methods engineers and technicians develop the most efficient work stations and tools so to optimize production.
FROM SUPPORT TO DELIVERY : CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, OUR TOP PRIORITY
Telenco’s commercial support offers a real personal customer assistance thanks to its technical and product expertise. Orders are treated by the Sales Administration department who ensures the delivery follow-up and manage miscellaneous requests. Our Logistics service works closely with the Commercial department to calculate shipping costs and with our Quality Control services, Production and Purchasing departments for the management of inflows and outflows. Stock inventory is realized on a constant basis. That enables us to guarantee the reliability of order processing.
Telenco’s Transport/ Customs service masters global regulations relative to trading goods and contributes to enhance the company’s competitiveness. Once that our customers receive their orders and in very isolated cases when technical, accounting or logistical problems are reported our Quality department responds quickly and effectively to solve the issues.
CORPORATE SUPPORT EXECUTIVES : SHARP SKILLS AT THE SERVICE OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM
Corporate support executives are essential for the smooth running of the company. The Accounting department manages all invoices and administers the group’s accounts. Human Ressources service aims to establish the right balance between the company’s performance and the well-being of men and women who form its wealth and singularity. The Maintenance department guarantees the safety of our sites and watches over the entire machine park in order to maintain its performance at the highest level of productivity.
For co-workers as for customers, the Digital department provides assistance for the websites and information systems whenever a navigation or a system errors occurs. This department is in charge of all Telenco group’s digital projects (web or IT).
Communication service promotes Telenco’s values both internally and externally by ensuring the visibility of our company’s offer during all national or international events. The Webmarketing department manages Telenco’s online reputation and referencing and, thanks to numerous web communication campaigns attracts new customers and builds in loyalty.
